Clients must:

・Act in good faith throughout the matchmaking process

CALLA reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, or if a client is deemed unsuitable for the service.

General information regarding service fees may be provided on the website.

Final fees, payment schedules, refund policies, and related conditions will be defined in a separate written agreement between CALLA and the client.

Matchmaking and relationship outcomes depend on personal compatibility, mutual consent, and individual circumstances.

CALLA makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:
・Successful matches
・Engagement or marriage
・Relationship continuation

Clients agree to:

・Act respectfully toward other clients and third parties
・Follow guidance provided by CALLA staff
・Refrain from independent arrangements that conflict with agreed procedures
・Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALLA shall not be liable for:

・Emotional distress or personal dissatisfaction
・Relationship disputes or breakdowns
・Actions or decisions made by clients or third parties
・Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

CALLA’s role is limited to providing matchmaking and advisory services.

All content on the CALLA website, including text, images, and materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

CALLA may suspend or terminate services if:

・These Terms are violated
・Client conduct is inappropriate or harmful
・Continued service is deemed impractical or unsafe

Termination conditions and any related consequences will be governed by the applicable individual agreement.

CALLA may update these Terms as necessary.
Revisions will become effective upon publication on the website.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.
